To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or preference.

  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery.


3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will:

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.


5. Replacement Items

If you prefer, we can send a replacement item instead of a refund (based on stock availability).


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider.
